Refund Policy

Everpiece Refund Policy

All our products are personalized and custom made, so we do not allow returns on products. All purchases are final. However, we do stand by our products 100%, so if you are unhappy with the quality of your product(s), feel free to submit a replacement request and we will rectify it.

Our goods come with guarantees that we stand by. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Returns (If Applicable)

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Personalized items are made especially for you, therefore no returns or refunds can be accepted due to a change of mind or inscription. If Everpiece Jewelry has made an error in the inscription or design, or the quality is not up to standard then we will investigate and replace the item for you.

Any correction or cancellation of you order must be requested within 24 hours. After this period of time, any correction will require an additional 40% fee and any cancellation will result in a 40% restocking fee.

Gift cards cannot be returned.

Refunds (If Applicable)

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product at hello@everpiece.co with pictures of the item. 

We will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

If the item was a gift from someone else, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If the item is defective or damaged then we will cover any associated shipping costs.

If you are shipping an item to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. If it’s clear your shipment wasn’t delivered to you, we will re-manufacture your order and ship it again.
