What kind of jewelry do you offer?
We offer a wide range of jewelry, including pendants, bracelets, keychains and necklaces.

What is your Jewelry made from?

Our jewelry is made from solid .925 sterling silver or titanium gold. Some designs are made from high-grade stainless steel. You can find this information on the product page. We also make custom designs in solid 10ct, 14ct, or 18ct gold, rose gold, or white gold. Please contact us at hello@everpiece.co for a quote.

Can I order custom pieces?
Yes, we offer custom pieces based on your uploaded photo. You can select the type of jewelry you would like and we will create a unique, one-of-a-kind piece based on your specifications.

Do you work with any type of photo?
Yes, we can work with most types of photos. Just make sure the photo is clear and high-quality to ensure the best results.

How do I know my jewelry will look like my photo?
Our skilled artisans use your photo as a reference to create a lifelike version of your pet or person in sterling silver. We strive to create the most accurate representation of your photo as possible, but please keep in mind that some details may be simplified for the sake of the design.

02. The Process

How does the process of creating custom jewelry work?
First, you will need to upload a high-quality photo of your pet or person on our website. Our artisans will then use your photo as a reference to create a unique, personalized piece of jewelry. Once the design is complete, we will create the piece using high-quality sterling silver, titanium gold or high-grade stainless steel depending on what you choose.

What do I need to provide in order to create a custom piece?
You will need to provide a clear and high-quality photo of your pet or person. You can also specify the type of jewelry you would like, such as a necklace, keychain or bracelet.

How long does it take to create a piece of custom jewelry?
Personalised products are dispatched 5–15 business days depending on demand. Every item we make is custom made from the heart and well worth the wait. Express shipping upgrades do not change production time they
only speed up the shipping process.

Can I make changes to the design after I place my order?
We strive to create the most accurate representation of your pet or person as possible, so changes to the design after placing your order may not be possible. However, if there is an issue with the design, please contact our customer service team and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Will I be able to preview the design before it's made?
Unfortunately, we cannot provide a preview of the design before it's made. However, we strive to create the most accurate representation of your photo as possible, so you can rest assured that your jewelry will be a lifelike version of your pet or person.

03. Shipping & Returns

Where do you ship to?
We ship almost everywhere globally, except for a few remote areas. Some
areas require only express shipping to ensure that customers receive
their package.

How long does shipping take?
Once we've reviewed and manufactured your order we'll hand over your package to our shipping carrier within 4-6 business days (Monday - Friday) and send you your tracking number. Regular shipping takes 10-15 business days, while Express Post takes 3-5 business days. However, shipping times may vary depending on your location and any customs delays. Usually once you've got your tracking number, it takes 1-5 business days for it to become active.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. The cost will be calculated at checkout.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, we offer Express Post shipping for an additional cost. Please note that some areas require only express shipping to ensure that customers receive their package.

What is your return policy?
All items are made with care and therefore we don’t usually accept
returns or exchanges on personalised jewellery unless the fault is ours. However, we understand that these pieces are very sentimental, so If you do have an issue please contact us at hello@everpiece.co and we will
do our best to provide a fair solution.

What if I receive a damaged or faulty item?
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us at hello@everpiece.co with photos of the issue as soon as you notice it and we will offer you a replacement and send it out to you as fast as we can.

04. Care and Maintenance

How do I care for my jewelry?
Our jewelry is made with high-quality materials, but proper care and maintenance are still important. To keep your jewelry looking its best, we recommend cleaning it regularly with a soft cloth and avoiding exposure to harsh chemicals and excessive moisture. Store your jewelry in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight.

Can I wear my jewelry in water?
We do not recommend wearing your jewelry in water, as exposure to moisture and harsh chemicals can damage the metal. It's best to remove your jewelry before swimming, bathing, or showering.

How can I prevent tarnishing?
Tarnishing can occur naturally over time, but you can slow the process by storing your jewelry in an airtight container and avoiding exposure to moisture and harsh chemicals. You can also use a jewelry polishing cloth to remove any tarnish that does occur.

How long will my jewelry last?
With proper care and maintenance, our jewelry is designed to last a lifetime. However, factors such as exposure to moisture, chemicals, and wear and tear can affect the lifespan of your jewelry.

05. Contact & Customer Service

How can I contact customer service?
You can contact our customer service team by emailing us at hello@everpiece.co. We typically respond within 24-48 hours during business days (Monday to Friday).

Do you have a phone number for customer service?
At the moment, we only offer customer service support via email. However, we aim to provide a prompt and satisfactory response to all inquiries.

Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
It depends on the status of your order. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to make changes to the design, size, or shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@everpiece.co with your order number and details of the changes you would like to make.

What if I am not satisfied with my order?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us at hello@everpiece.co and we will do our best to provide a fair solution.

Do you have a guarantee?

We are dedicated to ensuring you're happy with your purchase. In the
case that you are not, please contact us at hello@everpiece.co and we
will do our best to rectify the situation.

Do note that if your issue is with the engraving, we will check to see if the photo you submitted follows our photo guidelines. If we determine that it does not, then unfortunately, it’s likely that we will be unable to help you. If however you did follow the guide and it’s clear we missed something, we will correct it and send you a replacement. 

Make sure you provide a clear, high quality photo of your subject taken in good lighting and at eye-level with your subject. We use the exact photo
you submit during our design process. If the photo isn't high quality, your design might not be either.

06. Other

Do you just do pets?

We can create Everpiece Jewelry of any species or breed. Majority of our
customers are pet lovers, but as long as you have a picture of it, we
can create it. Just make sure that the images are close up so we can
bring out all the features and details in your final product. Right now
we focus on cats, dogs and humans. If you would like something custom,

Can I have more than one subject in the picture?

While we recommend you limit your images to 1 subject, you can have 2
subjects in the image and we will be able to create it. Do note that the
size of the pendant won’t increase. We recommend ordering multiple
pieces instead of having multiple on one image for the best customer
experience. Contact us about discounts when ordering more than one piece.

What sizes are your jewelry?

  • Our Keychains are 1.2 inches (3cm) in diameter
  • Our Necklaces are 1 inches (2.5 cm) in diameter
  • Our Bracelets are are 0.75 inches (2cm) in diameter

Do you sell Gift Cards?

Can I get a refund for the gift card?

No, all gift cards are non-returnable for a refund
